Sphaerist Advisory was established in 2017 by Paul-Johan Jean, a founder and former managing partner of leading IP and transactional boutique GTC Law Group. Prior to forming GTC in 2002, Paul practiced securities litigation and then M&A at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, after having clerked for Justice Sherman D. Horton at the New Hampshire Supreme Court. Paul is admitted to practice law in New York and Massachusetts. He has received privacy and security training and certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals, the SANS Institute, and the Global Information Assurance Certification organization.
