AN AYE ON THE EXIT

Sphaerist’s approach to its work is informed by deep experience in technology-centric M&A. We are especially mindful of strategy alignment, intellectual property chain of title, risk allocation, and clarity of drafting. We build strategies, policies, and agreements to serve current business objectives, but always with an eye toward eventual due diligence review.

USER FRIENDLY

Sphaerist helps set priorities and manage projects and budgets wisely, while reinforcing value-building behavior, like IP protection, privacy-by-design, and good contracting practices.

For M&A, patent and trademark prosecution, source-code audits, corporate finance, and litigation, we work closely with highly specialized firms. We manage multi-disciplinary projects as our clients’ general counsel – to control costs, focus communications, advocate for business objectives, and reduce internal distractions.
